How to Turn On Smart Shuffle on Spotify
Not sure why you need it, but just double-tap the shuffle button in your playlist to turn on Smart Shuffle.

Head into your playlist, click the shuffle button once, then you'll see an option for Smart Shuffle. Tap that, and you're good to go!
Easy peasy! Go to your playlist, tap the shuffle icon to activate shuffle mode, then tap it again to activate Smart Shuffle.
From experience, tapping the shuffle button twice in your playlist will enable Smart Shuffle. Works every time for me!
