To turn on ray tracing in Minecraft on Xbox Series S, you need to install the Minecraft RTX beta from the Xbox Insider Hub. Once installed, launch Minecraft, go to Settings > Video, and enable ray tracing!

You gotta have the Minecraft RTX beta installed via Xbox Insider Hub. Then, hop into Minecraft, head to Settings > Video, and flip that ray tracing switch. Enjoy the shiny blocks!

I did this last weekend! First, grab the Minecraft RTX beta from the Xbox Insider Hub app. After you've got that, open Minecraft, navigate to Settings, then Video, and toggle on ray tracing. It’s awesome!
