You need to fill up your Ki gauge and use a character that has a Super Saiyan transformation. It's generally part of special moves.
It's all about timing! Build up your Ki and then use the transformation card when it's available.
Not all characters can turn Super Saiyan! Make sure your character has a transformation skill and activate it during battle.
