Go to Settings, then go to the Controller Options tab, and toggle the Vibration setting to Off. Boom, no more buzzing!

From personal experience, disabling vibration on Fortnite made my gameplay much smoother. Just head to Settings, find Controller Options, and switch off the Vibration.
