You can mute the voice by going to Settings > Ease of Access > Narrator and switching it off. Easy peasy!

Been there! Head over to Settings > Ease of Access > Narrator, then flip the switch to off. Worked like a charm for me!

Just press and hold the Xbox button on your controller, go to System > Settings > Ease of Access > Narrator, and toggle it off.
