It's easy! Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Adjust Microphone Level and crank it up to the max!

Just plug in your mic, and from the main menu, go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Adjust Microphone Level. Slide the bar to increase volume. Done!

Make sure your mic itself doesn't have a physical volume control. If it does, turn that up too! Had that issue once!

You can also check the microphone's settings within the game you're playing. Sometimes they have additional options to adjust the mic volume.
