Open the game, click the Menu button on the left, then find the Settings gear icon. You’ll see a 'Enter Code' box - just type your code there!

From my own experience, just hit the menu button (top left), then the gear icon, and finally, you'll see the 'Enter Code' box. Super straightforward!
