If you're on Android, you can uninstall updates by going to Settings > Apps > Snapchat > Uninstall Updates. Unfortunately, iOS users - you're out of luck, mate!

Just go to the Play Store, click on Snapchat, and tap 'Uninstall.' This will remove the latest updates.
