Just head over to your settings, click 'Blocking' on the left menu, find the page you blocked, and click 'Unblock'. Easy peasy!
You unblocked the wrong page, didn't you? LOL, go to your settings, find 'Blocking', and rescue that page from oblivion!
Settings > Blocking > Block Pages section. Then find the page and select 'Unblock' next to it. Done and dusted!
