How to Unblock a Person on Facebook Messenger
Super easy! Go to your Messenger app, tap your profile pic in the top left, scroll down to 'People', then 'Blocked'. Find the person and tap 'Unblock'. Voila! Back to messaging!

Head over to the Messenger app, click on your profile, then go to 'Privacy'. Find 'Blocked Accounts', find the user, and unblock them. Done and done!
Unblock them by going to the Messenger app, tapping your profile picture, then 'Account Settings', 'Blocking', and finally tap 'Unblock' next to their name. Easy peasy!
