So you wanna make peace, huh? Cool, cool. Here's the drill: pop open Steam, click on your 'Friends & Chat' button in the bottom right corner. Hit that 'View Friends List', find 'Blocked Users' on the dropdown. Click on the profile you wanna unblock and smack that 'Unblock all communication' button. Boom, unblocked!

Did the block by accident once, super easy to fix. Just go to your friends list, click on 'Blocked Users' and there's an unblock button right next to their name. Click it and you're good to go.
