Easy peasy! Just open WhatsApp, go to 'Settings', then 'Account', then 'Privacy'. Hit 'Blocked contacts', find the numero you want to unblock, tap it, and voil脿!
Why unblock? Just kidding, go to Privacy settings and release the block.
