Easy peasy! Open your Xbox Guide, go to People, then find the Gamertag you blocked. Click on their profile and select Unblock. Done!

I've had to do this a few times! Just head to People > Find the blocked player > View Profile > Unblock. Simple as that.

Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Privacy settings > View blocked players. Find the player you want to unblock and select Unblock.
