How to Uncap FPS in Apex Legends
BringingLimp·8 months agoTo uncap your FPS in Apex Legends, first, you gotta go into the game settings and look for the 'Video' tab. Here, you can disable 'V-Sync' which often limits your FPS to match your monitor's refresh rate. After that, you should definitely tweak the 'Adaptive Resolution FPS Target' and 'Adaptive Supersampling' if it's on. Setting a high FPS target there helps. Don’t forget to hit 'Apply' to save the changes. For a more advanced boost, you could edit the game’s launch options in Origin or Steam. Right-click on Apex Legends > Properties > Set Launch Options. Type in "+fps_max unlimited" to remove any FPS cap imposed by the game. Remember, though, higher FPS might mean more strain on your hardware!

Honestly, messing with FPS caps is overrated. Apex runs smooth enough as it is. Why fix what ain't broke?
