From my experience, just head to the 'Create' page on Roblox, find your game, and in the 'Permissions' tab, tick the 'Allow Copying' checkbox. Voila!

Unfortunately, you can't uncopylock someone else's game unless the owner has explicitly allowed it or shared the game files with you.
