Unfortunately, once deleted, Instagram messages are gone for good. Best to double-check before hitting that delete button next time!
If you delete a DM, it's like it never existed. No way to get it back, sorry!
I've been there! If you had notifications on, you might find your old messages in your device's notification history. Worth a look!
