Good news! You have 30 days to recover it from the Trash in your Activity Log. After that, it's gone for good.

You can't really undo a deleted post if it's been more than 30 days. Act fast!
Once a post is deleted, it goes to the 'Trash' for 30 days. Just go there to recover it easily.
