Been there, done that! Head to your Activity Log from your profile, scroll to 'Posts You've Hidden,' and tap 'Show on Timeline' on the post you want to unhide. Back in business!
Activity Log > Posts You've Hidden > Show on Timeline. Done!
Just go to your Activity Log on Facebook and find the post you hid. Click the three dots next to it and select 'Show on Timeline'. Easy peasy!
