Easy peasy! If you're on an iPhone or Android, just press and hold the Spotify app icon till it jiggles, then hit the 'X' or 'Uninstall' button.
On a desktop? Head over to your Control Panel (Windows) or Applications folder (Mac), find Spotify, and smash that uninstall button!
Just uninstall it from your device like any other app. It's that simple.
