There鈥檚 no magic button for mass unfollowing on Instagram, so you鈥檒l need to do it manually. Go to your profile, hit 'Following', and start tapping 'Unfollow' one by one. It's tedious, but hey, time to Marie Kondo those follows!
Seriously, just start fresh with a new account. It鈥檚 faster and you鈥檒l keep your sanity intact!
I did this last month! Just go to your 'Following' list and unfollow each account manually. It took time, but it worked.
