From your profile, open the Activity Log, filter by 'Hidden From Timeline,' then find the post and select 'Add to Timeline.'
Go to your Activity Log on your profile. There, filter by 'Hidden From Timeline' and simply click 'Add to Timeline' on the post you want to unhide.
Seriously, just go to Activity Log, filter for hidden posts, and add it back to your timeline. Easy peasy.
