If you want to unhide a post on Facebook, go to your Activity Log, locate the hidden post, and click 'Add to Timeline'.
Easy peasy! Go to your profile, click on 'Activity Log' (should be under the 3 dots next to 'Edit Profile'), find the post you hid, and select 'Add to Timeline'.
