To unhide tags on Instagram, go to your profile, tap the '≡' menu, select 'Settings', then 'Privacy', and 'Tags'. From there, you can manage tagged photos and videos.
Unhide tags? Simple. Profile > Three-Line Menu > Settings > Privacy > Tags. Voila!
