Uninstalling a game on Steam for Mac is super easy! Just open your Steam app, go to the 'Library' section, find the game you want to get rid of, control-click (or right-click) on the game's title, and choose 'Manage' > 'Uninstall'. A pop-up will appear asking if you're sure. Hit 'Delete', and voila, game be gone!

Honestly, why uninstall? More games = more fun. But if you must, Steam's 'Manage' > 'Uninstall' does the trick cleanly.

Just drag the game from your Applications folder to the Trash, easy as pie! (But actually, use the first method I mentioned for a clean uninstall.)
