To uninstall the Fallout 4 High Resolution Texture Pack, first open Steam and go to your library. Right-click on Fallout 4, select 'Properties,' then head over to the 'DLC' tab. Uncheck the High Resolution Texture Pack and voila! Steam should automatically remove the textures from your game. Just restart Fallout 4, and you're good to go with the standard textures!

Just uninstall and reinstall Fallout 4 without selecting the high res textures during setup. Sure, it might be a bit nuclear, but hey, it fits the game's theme, right?

Tbh, I wouldn't even bother uninstalling it. The high-res textures make the wasteland look so much better, why go back?

Simply go into the game's data folder and delete the high resolution texture files. Just make sure you know which files to remove so you don't accidentally delete something important!

If you're running out of space or your rig can't handle the majesty of Bethesda's apocalyptic HD, the Steam method is your best bet. Works like a charm and keeps everything else intact.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
