Open Finder, go to Applications, and then drag Spotify to the Trash. To be thorough, you can also delete the Spotify cache and support files in your Library folder.

I had to uninstall it once. Simply drag the Spotify app from your Applications folder to the Trash. Also, check the Library folder for leftover files, like in Caches and Application Support folders, to delete them.

To uninstall Spotify on a Mac, just drag the Spotify app from your Applications folder to the Trash, then empty the Trash. Easy peasy!
