Super simple process: 1. Go to Library in Steam. 2. Right-click the game. 3. Click 'Uninstall'. That's pretty much it. If you ever want that game back, just re-download it from your library.

Honestly, why uninstall? Just get a bigger hard drive!

Alright, here's the quick and dirty: Open up Steam, and head over to your library. Right-click the game you wanna give the boot, and select 'Manage' > 'Uninstall'. Steam will ask you if you're sure (it gets a bit clingy about goodbyes), say yes, and bam, it's gone! Just remember, uninstalling doesn鈥檛 delete your save files or progress, so you can always reinstall later if you get the itch.

If you're uninstalling games to make space, consider using an external drive. You can move games instead of uninstalling!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
