Just drag the game from your Applications folder to the Trash. Easy peasy!

Uninstalling Steam games on a Mac is pretty straightforward! Just open the Steam app, head to your Library, find the game you wanna ditch, control-click it, and choose 'Manage' followed by 'Uninstall'. Poof! Game be gone.
