If you installed the patch manually, just delete the files you copied over originally. If that doesn't work, a fresh reinstall of the game should do the trick.
Honestly, uninstalling the unofficial patch isn't worth it. Just keep it, the game’s much better with it!
Been there, done that—just find the patch files in your 'Vampire' game directory and delete them. Worked for me!
