You can use a tool like AppCleaner to make sure all related files are deleted, or manually go to ~/Library/Application Support/ and remove the Gaijin folders.

Trust me, I did this last week: drag War Thunder to the Trash and make sure to delete the associated files in ~/Library/Application Support/ to keep your Mac clean.
