The easiest way is using the Terminal. Enter 'sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/360Controller.kext' followed by your admin password. Then restart!

Hey! Go to System Preferences, find the Xbox 360 Controllers preference pane, and click 'Uninstall'. Restart your Mac afterwards for good measure!

Pro tip: Just delete the '360Controller.kext' file from /System/Library/Extensions and reboot. Done and dusted.
