To uninstall Xbox Game Bar, open the Settings app, go to Apps > Apps & features, find Xbox Game Bar, click on it, and then select Uninstall.

You can also use PowerShell! Just open it as an admin and type `Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | Remove-AppxPackage` and hit Enter.

If you're on Windows 10, you might not be able to fully uninstall it but you can disable it in the Settings app under Gaming.
