You have to contact EA Support directly. They’re the only ones who can help you with unlinking your accounts.

Log into your EA Account via a web browser, go to your 'Connections' tab under 'Account Settings,' and unlink your Xbox account. Easy peasy!

Go to EA's website, log in, and navigate to your Connected Accounts page. From there, you can unlink your Xbox account.
