How to Unlink Facebook and Instagram
Hey! It's pretty simple, actually. Open your Instagram app, go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, then tap Settings. From there, go to Accounts Center and tap your connected Facebook account. There should be an option to 'Remove From Accounts Center.' Boom, unlinked!

Pro tip: Unlinking them won鈥檛 delete any posts, so don鈥檛 worry about losing your content. Just go to Settings -> Accounts Center -> Remove Facebook. Done!
From your Instagram profile, hit the three lines in the top right corner, go to Settings > Account > Linked Accounts, and select Facebook to unlink.
