Just go to your Instagram settings, select 'Account,' tap on 'Linked Accounts,' and then tap 'Unlink' next to Facebook. Easy peasy!

Unlinking Facebook from Instagram? Just go to your IG settings, choose 'Account,' and unlink it under 'Linked Accounts.' Took me 2 minutes last week!
Just did it last week. Open IG, hit Settings > Accounts Center > Accounts & profiles > Select Facebook account > Remove. Voila!
