How to Unlink Instagram and Facebook
Easy peasy! Just go to your Instagram profile, tap the three lines in the top right corner, then head to Settings > Account > Linked Accounts. Find Facebook and tap Unlink Account. Voila!

On Instagram, open your profile and tap the three horizontal lines. Go to Settings > Account > Linked Accounts and select Facebook. Tap Unlink Account and confirm. Done in a jiffy!
I had to do this last week. Open Instagram, head to your profile, tap the three lines, then go to Settings > Account > Linked Accounts. Select Facebook, hit Unlink Account, and you're all set!
