How to Unlink Instagram from Facebook
If you're on desktop, go to Instagram.com, click your profile picture in the top right, then Settings > Accounts Center > Accounts & Profiles > Facebook and hit the Remove button. Easy peasy!

Easy peasy! Go into your Instagram settings, look for 'Account,' pop into 'Linked Accounts,' and hit that 'Unlink from Facebook' button. Voila!
Go to your Instagram profile, tap on the three bars in the top right, select Settings, then Account, then Linked Accounts, and choose Facebook. Just tap Unlink Account and you're free!
There's no need to overthink it. Just go to Instagram Settings > Account > Linked Accounts, and hit Unlink Facebook. Done and done.
I've done this myself! Go to Instagram, hit Settings, go to Account, Linked Accounts, and tap Facebook to unlink. It worked like a charm for me.
