How to Unlink PSN Account from Vita

Head to Settings > PlayStation Network > System Activation. You can deactivate the PS Vita from there which will unlink your PSN account.

Easiest way? Factory reset your Vita. Just make sure to back up any data you want to keep!

You can also go to Account Management on a different device, sign in, and simply remove your Vita from the list of activated devices!
