How to Unlink PSN from Microsoft
To unlink your PSN from your Microsoft account, you need to visit the account management sections of both services. On your PlayStation, go to 'Settings' > 'Account Management' > 'Link with Other Services,' find Microsoft, and unlink. Then, on your Microsoft account, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Connected Accounts' to remove the link. Simple stuff!

You might want to go to the PlayStation 'Settings', find the 'Account Management' and look for 'Linked Accounts'. There, you can unlink from Microsoft. Don't forget to also check your Microsoft account settings!
I did this last month! On your PS console, go to 'Settings' > 'Account Management' > 'Link with Other Services' and remove Microsoft. Then, in your Microsoft account, head to 'Settings' and find 'Connected Accounts' to unlink there. Worked like a charm for me!
