Alright, first open Sims FreePlay, tap the three dots in the bottom right, go to 'Account Manager,' and hit 'Unlink' next to Facebook. Done and done!

Easy peasy! Go to the in-game settings, click 'Manage' under 'Social,' and then 'Unlink' Facebook. Voil脿!

I had to do this last week. Just tap on the three dots in the game, go to the 'Account Manager,' and hit 'Unlink' Facebook. Worked like a charm for me!
