Head to the Ubisoft website, log into your account, go to Account Information, and click 'Linked Accounts.' From there, you can unlink your Xbox account.

Just reach out to Ubisoft with a ticket. They handle it pretty quickly in my experience!

You need to contact Ubisoft Support if you can't find the option to unlink on their site. Sometimes they hide things just well enough to keep you guessing!
