Hop onto your Instagram app, go to Settings, then Account, and look for Linked Accounts. Click on Facebook and hit 'Unlink'. Boom, done!
Just a heads up, you can't do this from Instagram's web version鈥攐nly from the app. Go app or go home!
From my experience, unlinking is a breeze! Just navigate to Settings in the Instagram app, go to Accounts Center, select Facebook, and voila!
