Get to your home base, open the vehicle's inventory and just transfer the rucksacks to your supply locker. That's it!
I always just park my ride near the supply locker, pop the trunk, and move the rucksacks straight into base storage.
Make sure your car's close to your base, open the trunk, then dump the rucksacks into your supply locker. Done!
