Highlight Ryu, hold Start, then hit Right, Right, Right, Left. Release Start and voila, Akuma should pop up! Happy raging!

To unlock Akuma in Street Fighter 2 Turbo, you need to highlight Ryu on the character select screen, hold down the Start button, and then press the following sequence: Right, Right, Right, Left. Release the Start button, and you should see Akuma appear. Good luck pulling off those Raging Demons!

You don't unlock Akuma in Street Fighter 2 Turbo; he only appears as a secret boss if you meet certain conditions. Keep dreaming, folks.

I've unlocked Akuma by highlighting Ryu, holding Start, and pressing Right three times, then Left. Release Start. This might take a few tries but it's worth it!
