Nah, just stick to one Legend. Mastering one is better than being mediocre with many. Plus, it saves you the trouble of unlocking everyone.
Just play a ton, honestly. You get Legend Tokens for leveling up, so the more you play, the more characters you unlock. It's a grind, but it feels awesome to unlock a new Legend after putting in the hours.
Apex Coins, period. If you're not about that grind life and want all the characters now, just buy Apex Coins and unlock them. Simple as that.
