Just a hot take, but I find unlocking through Adventure and Classic modes more fun. Feels like a real achievement!
Best tip: Use the “Vs. Mode” trick. Play 700 matches (just make them super short) and eventually, all characters will be unlocked. EZ-PZ!
To unlock all characters in Super Smash Bros Melee, just play lots of versus matches. Seriously, like 700 of them. Or you could beat Classic and Adventure modes with various characters. Have fun smashing!
