Grind through the Story Mode to unlock main characters. For additional ones, you might need to open your wallet for DLC packs or pre-order content.

I've unlocked all characters by playing through Story Mode for Shinnok and buying the Kombat Packs for the rest. It might cost a bit, but it's worth it for the complete roster!

Just beat the Story Mode and spend a few bucks on the DLCs. Simple as that!

Unlocking all characters in Mortal Kombat XL mainly involves beating the Story Mode and completing specific challenges in the game. Some characters, like Shinnok, are unlocked by finishing Story Mode, while others, like Goro, are available as DLC or pre-order bonuses.

If you're a Mortal Kombat player looking for extra coins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Mortal Kombat essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
