Just buy the Champion Edition Upgrade Kit. Bam! All characters unlocked. Easiest solution ever, trust me.
You can unlock SFV characters using Fight Money earned in-game from completing missions, leveling up characters, and participating in events. If you're into instant gratification, the fastest way is purchasing characters directly through the in-game store or the PlayStation/Xbox/Steam marketplace!
I unlocked them by grinding Fight Money. Took a while, but it's totally worth it if you're patient and love a good challenge!
