Head into the 'Kustomize' section in the main menu. From there, you can unlock and create different variations for each character using Koins, Souls, and Time Krystals.

You can unlock all variations in MK11 by simply playing the game and leveling up your characters. Keep fighting and you'll get there!

Grinding in Towers of Time and Klassic Towers also helps. Complete these challenges and you'll get gear and augments to create more variations.
