To unlock Benny's Original Motor Works in GTA V Online, you first need to level up until you hit level 5. Then, Lester will call you about a job. After this call, you should receive a text from Lamar introducing you to Benny's service. Once that's done, go to the website on your in-game phone and purchase any of the available properties marked with a garage symbol. Now you're all set to customize your ride at Benny's!

Just buy a property with a garage after hitting level 5. Lester and Lamar basically do all the legwork for you with their calls and texts. Easy peasy.

I've spent so much time decking out cars at Benny's, it's practically my second home in GTA V Online. Hit level 5, get those calls and texts, buy a garage, and let the customization begin! Honestly, the variety of mods you can slap on your car there is insane.
